uuubd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

To register an account and use any real-money service on uuubd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uuubd does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or access any real-money game.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative for any third party.
• You must have verified that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any regulatory prohibition from participating in online gambling activities.

uuubd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Where uuubd has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met, uuubd may suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void any pending wagers, and withhold any winnings pending investigation. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

To register an account on uuubd, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the destination for OTP authentication messages.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are aged 21 or above.
• A unique password of your choice meeting the minimum security requirements specified during registration.

Each individual may hold only one uuubd account. The operation of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uuubd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonuses and winnings associated with them. Where fraudulent intent is suspected, uuubd may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuubd account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. uuubd will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as your own, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify uuubd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All deposits to uuubd must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. uuubd supports the following deposit methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Bank transfer via select partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. Processing times of 1–3 business hours apply.
• All deposits are credited to your uuubd account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uuubd does not impose a platform-level fee on deposits, though your payment provider may charge applicable mobile money transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. NID card, passport) and may be asked for additional supporting documents.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. uuubd does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• uuubd targets withdrawal processing within 10–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests that have passed verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional security checks are required.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers awarded by uuubd are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per person, per household, and per shared device or IP address. uuubd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if it determines that a player has abused the promotion or acted in bad faith.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• uuubd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially prejudice the rights of players who have already qualified for and accepted the relevant offer in good faith.

uuubd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all account holders and may be activated at any time from account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: cap the amount you can lose in a given period. Loss limits take effect immediately and are subject to the same 7-day increase restriction as deposit limits.
• Session time limits: set a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive an alert when approaching your session limit and the session will be terminated automatically when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. To lift a temporary self-exclusion before expiry, you must contact uuubd support and complete a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on uuubd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activities. uuubd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit platform mechanics.
• Registering, accessing, or using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or in violation of any regulatory restriction applicable to you.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at uuubd staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel on or connected to the Platform.

uuubd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of this clause. Decisions made under this clause are final and not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

All content on the uuubd Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of uuubd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of uuubd.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uuubd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if uuubd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

uuubd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause shall limit uuubd's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by uuubd's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

uuubd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, uuubd will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. uuubd operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and uuubd, you should first contact uuubd support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. uuubd will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a written complaint.
